Welcome to Japan’s Countryside Life!
I am a Japanese woman living in the countryside of Japan with my son and husband who is from the US, at the foot of Koyasan (Mount Koya). I have been working in the tourism industry for many years. Of course I myself love traveling, we are trying to visit as many spots as we can, even we live in such a countryside in Japan. We also love Onsen and eating good food. I would like to share the information about those Japan’s hidden fun with you!
What is Inaka Days?
In this site, we would like to introduce Japanese life as it is, with a focus on life in the countryside where we live. “Inaka” means countryside in Japanese. We hope to be a help to those who are seriously considering moving to Japan.
