The exterior has a simple, natural vibe, marked by a modest panda sign and a beautiful blue entrance door.
You take off your shoes outside the entrance and step inside, feeling like you’re visiting a friend’s home. The cozy, warm interior is filled with adorable panda plushies everywhere!
Ordering – Pay in Advance at the Register
Place your order at the register window where you can see the kitchen to your right.
The menu displayed in front of the register showcases a dazzling array of colorful crepes. From classic simple crepes to luxurious creations featuring seasonal fruits, each one is irresistible.
If you try to decide after looking at the menu here, you’ll likely spend quite a while indecisive! That’s why I often decide what I want based on my mood that day before even heading to the shop😆
Fun to Choose! Affordable Prices and a Wide Variety
One of Panda Crepe’s charms is its extensive menu and reasonable prices.
From classics like “Chocolate Banana with Fresh Cream” to seasonal crepes featuring fresh fruit. 🍇🍑🍊
Plus, hot crepes include options like “Yakisoba Sausage” that could even replace a meal not only desert!
With over 50 varieties ranging from sweet treats to savory options. What’s more, each crepe is carefully made to order, one at a time. This ensures a soft exterior and a chewy interior. You can really taste the rich wheat flavor, making it the perfect match for any filling.
My Best is “Homemade Raw Chocolate and Fresh Cream Crepe”
This time, I ordered the “Fresh Cream Crepe with Homemade Raw Chocolate” (生チョコ生クリーム) which is one of my most favorite crepe! It features a chewy crepe filled generously with not-too-sweet fresh cream and homemade raw chocolate.
The crepe, carefully rolled with fresh cream and raw chocolate spread evenly throughout, brings pure happiness with every bite…
The perfect balance isn’t overly sweet and highlights the ingredients’ flavors. Plus, the fresh chocolate is generously packed all the way down to the bottom of the crepe, so you can savor that happiness bite after bite until the very last piece. 🥹
All Crepes are Available for Takeout
At Panda Crepe, all crepes are available for takeout. They’re made fresh to order, so you can take them home while they’re still warm.
Of course, you can also eat in the shop, and on sunny days, it’s super fun to take them to the park or riverside for a leisurely snack!
With a great selection of drinks too, you can grab takeout here and enjoy a relaxing snack time♡
Why Do Repeat Customers Keep Coming Back?
We visited around 2 PM on a weekday, yet customers kept streaming in one after another. It was clear this spot is beloved by a wide range of generations—from local high schoolers and young couples to families with children.
Seasonal limited menus and Instagram-worthy, adorable-looking crepes mean there’s always something new to discover, no matter how many times you visit. That’s definitely why they have such loyal repeat customers!
However, the popularity of “Panda Crepe” stems not only from its taste but also from the attentive service and comfortable atmosphere.
We brought our baby that day, and naturally, we hadn’t expected the shop to have any baby gear available. As we were planning to take turns holding the baby while eating our crepes, a staff member approached us and said,
“Please feel free to use this ☺️ Just leave it here when you’re done,” and lent us a bouncer!
How much such thoughtful gestures brighten our lives… In Japan, often described as easy to live in but hard to thrive in, especially for raising children, this kind of consideration truly touched our hearts.
